Friend "Jerry McCauley"

Saturday June 7th

As many of you already know, we lost our good friend and long time Perris jumper Jerry McCauley January 31st to the hostilities in Iraq. 

There was a moving memorial service near his home in North Carolina.

On Saturday June 7th his West coast skydiving friends will be holding a celebration of his life at the dropzone to remember the skydiver, competitor, teacher and friend, who contributed so much to Perris Valley and our sport.

Day Schedule

Family and friends are all invited to join us in the Life Celebration for our beloved Jerry.

11:00 Skydiver’s will circle up for organized tribute skydives

Demonstrations and organizers

-Leap Frog's, Golden Knight Dana Bowman, Jim Woods and other guest organizers.     
3:00 Outside cash bar will be open.  

4:00 Ash Dive    

5:00 Evening tribute, poolside.

Appetizers and a keg of beer will be provided for guests.  

We will have a PA and sound system to play music and to share our Jerry stories throughout the evening.  

We encourage everyone to bring your personal stories & photos of Jerry for the evening.
